Parking and Retrieving a Sale

Parking a sale allows you to temporarily save a transaction and return to it later. This is useful when another customer is ready to pay before you've finished processing the current sale, saving you from having to re-add items or services.

Parking A Sale

To park a sale:

  1. Select Park Sale.

  2. Add a note so the sale can be recognised later.

  3. Confirm.

Retrieving A Sale

To retrieve a sale:

  1. Select Retrieve Sale.

  2. Choose the parked sale.

  3. Continue the sale.

Shift managers (or higher authority user) can also use Park Open Sales from the register menu. This is useful when open sales on other devices are preventing the register from being closed.
